Called Epson Corp Cust Service # I had 562/276-1311 and got US Cust serv rep Jessica who told me she would transfer me to a US based Tech. I replaced them with three remanufactured Cartridges I had. Suddenly I started getting notices on the printer that all three Colors were out. Went online to Amazon & ordered a 4pack remanufactured cartridges EZ-Ink. I downloaded update 11 30am on 1/14 and then went to Staples and bought Black 812XL. On 1/14/22 I had notice on computer that Black ink 812XXL was out. Only that Epson preferred that I use OEM.
